It plays very important role, where you select the place or land for your office or factory or residence.There are so many factors which effects the energy constitution of your premises. All the surrounding as well as "land quality" factors effects the final energy level of a particular premises. Some times "geopathic stress" - the impacts of underlying water streams - effects the Vastu badly. Many times we come across the land under which dead body lies. Some times heavy metal is lying under the land of our office. Some lands are effected by harmful souls. All these points should be taken into considerations before buying a piece of land.
